Lisbon isn’t just a destination - it’s an experience. It’s one of my favourite cities in the world because it feels real: vibrant, multicultural, and never fake. No matter the season, Lisbon has a way of making you fall in love
It’s also an incredibly comfortable city for foreigners: almost everyone speaks English, and the cost of living is reasonable, comparable to many Central and Eastern European countries.
Lisbon is alive. There’s always something to do, whether it’s exploring historic neighbourhoods, listening to Fado music (not my cup of tea, actually), or sipping ginja in a tiny bar or the busy Timeout Market.
